Good for Tea lover
I am a tea lover and wanted to find something to brew my tea. The kettle is perfect as my tea pot is too small for serving more than 2 people. Besides the size, I can also see the brewing progress via the glass. I enjoyed using the warming function which keep my tea warm all the time. The timer does not seem to be that useful for me as I always make fresh tea. After all, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Excellent Kettle with a few minor issues
This is the only electric tea kettle that I could find that has the option to disable the annoying beep found on almost all others. To turn it on you need to press the on button at least twice...once to turn it on and additional times until the desired tea "program" (temperature) is selected. It remembers its current setting until it is fully heated (or the keep warm times out, if set) when the pot is removed an replaced in the base. None of the alternatives with the controls in the handle have this option. It heats quickly when set to boil. It heats a bit less rapidly when set to a lower temperature to avoid overshooting the temperature if you are making tea with the provided insert at a temperature other than 212. Generally a nice product. But...the interface could be improved. To disable the beeping you press keep warm and +temp together and hold for 3 seconds. When you do this the LED display shows that the beeping has been suppressed. However the led lights surrounding the keep warm and +temp light up and stay lit forever. Why? I suppose this is to remind you that you've turned the beeping off, but it is redundant with the LED display. Furthermore, the unit with flash the correct buttons that need to be selected for various programming modes (like when you are setting up keep warm) but this prompting does not make sense once silent mode is enabled because the keep warm and +temp stay on all the time. Secondly, programming keep warm is not too obvious. First you need to have turned the unit on and selected a heating temperature, then you need to press keep warm and select a keep warm temperature. If you do not do all these in the proper order, keep warm does not enable. It would have been much nicer if you could simply press keep warm and it would use the last settings used for keep warm (unless you changed them). Once you program yourself for how to use it, the pot works well, but it could benefit from some human interface design improvements to make it easier to use.

My wife loves this
My wife is nuts about all types of teas ,you name any tea she has it. Keep in mind all teas are not the same require different temperate levels of water . This kettle is perfect ,and it is easy to read the LED icons and easy to use, press one button it does the rest for you . Now my daughter ones one to heat up the water her baby bottles. Give a perfect right temperature . probably not for everyone $250 is little expensive, but it was for Christmas gift when I purchased it .

Great Choice
I like to drink hot tea and bubble all kinds of herbs with flowers flaver. Our jobs are so busy that I always forgot to drink for whole day. This kettle helps a lot!!! The kettle can keep warm so that I can drink hot drinks all the time. Also, I put Chinese herbs like Wolfberry, Chrysanthemum, Astragalus, Gingsen in the filter, which can drink for whole day. Before this, I used a vaccum cup, I have to go to pantry from time to time which makes me short of water the whole day. What a lovely purchase

great tea Maker for tea lovers
I was very impressed with the difference a perfect pot of tea makes. With this unit, I don’t have to watch a timer or thermostat in any way. Just fill your water and tea leaves and push a button. Some time or temp adjustment may be necessary depending on your brand recommendations via your tea. Don’t settle for brewing your tea all the same. Brew temps and times vary quite a bit .Fantastic product and would highly recommend!

I was looking for an electrical tea kettle for my Mom, who lovers to drink tea every day. It took me a long time to fine a right one for her. Luckily, I found this one. My mom doesn’t have to use the microwave to boil water anymore. It is a decent size kettle with milt functions. It programed for many different teas, which needs different temperature to bring out the best flavor. I didn’t know it before. It has tea infuser in the middle, which is helpful. There would not be any loose tea pour out into the cup. I’m happy that my mom loves it a lot. Definitely worth the price.

Good build quality, true to description
Very good kettle. Made with quality material and works as expected. Here’s a summary: Pros 1. The kettle is made of *glass*, not plastic. Although I was skeptical at first, I used a lighter to heat up the part. It didn’t warp or melt. 2. The power cable is about 3 feet. Not too long so cable management is easy 3. Adjustable target temperature. I can choose one of the temperature presets as seen in the pictures. I can also adjust the target temperature with an increments of 10° from 110° to 212° 4. Adjustable stay warm functions. I can adjust the warm temperature from 110 to 200° with an increment of 10°, from 5 minutes to 60 minutes with an increment of 5 minutes. 5. fast boiling 2 cups: 3:04 to boil 4 cups: 4:56 to boil 6 cups: 7:23 to boil 6: strong construction. The glass body won’t shatter from cold shocks. I have tried to put in cold water right after boiling hot water. 7: easy to clean. If you take off the big lid, the opening is wide enough for you to easily clean the inside with a sponge. Trust me I have big hands. Cons: The markings on the kettle that indicates “cups” are not accurate. The metrics ones “liters” are accurate. Seems the manufacture rounded the cups to the liters, resulting the cups indicator line have little more than it indicates. (2 cups line: 2.1cups, 3 cups line: 3.17cups, 4 cups line: 4.22 cups, 5cups line: 5.28 cups, 6 cups line: 6.34cups). Very minor flaw in my opinion but you should know.

A nice product for tea lover like me. I can set the temperature and keep the tea warmer. It’s very convenient and actually multifunctional I think. I have used it to make fruit tea and some different favor of drink as well. Sometimes I used it just as a water boiler. I might be able to make coffee with it also. I'm so excited to explore more and be creative!

This is the kettle has futuristic look. It looks super stylish and modern. Now I actually enjoy watching water boil. This kettle boils water in 3-4 minutes. This kettle has the program that tells me that different temperature for different type of tea. I also can set temperature of the water. It is very convenient and useful.
