Great cargo pants. Bought first pair of TWP302_CYT and am impressed. I've been looking for a replacement for the Wrangler cargo pants I've worn for years as they appear to be discontinued where I have been getting them. These look like they will be a bit lighter weight which will be a plus for hot weather. These also do not appear to stretch at the knees and other key places between washings which I view as a plus as well. They have more pockets than the Wranglers without getting stupid about it... in other words they're not meant to be 'Tacti-Cool' wear. Sizing is good - I normally wear 34/34 and these are good in length, and maybe slightly more roomy in the waist. Decent number of belt loops with room for up to 2 inch wide specialty belts. Rise from crotch to waistband seems average - no suprises in fit anywhere. My only gripe is the lack of explaination of the different SKU's - i.e. TWP301 vs TWP302. Also not sure what color code TDR is supposed to mean but the color looks like a good choice for what I do. First pair are TWP302-CYT 34W/34L. Unless these mysteriously disintegrate while wearing them, I'll be back for more.

I have a pair of these in every color. Finally found nice pant in 36x36" that fit perfectly. I'm a 35 waist and these do stretch a bit for me, but I can still comfortably tuck in my holster and mag pouch. I have a pair in 38x36 and the fit with elastic barely stretched. I conclude that a person with a 36 waist should get 38 waist if they want to carry IWB. There are two styles on here, the TLP-104 (this review) has two slit-style front pockets, and the other style TLP-103 has one slit and one with a flap. I like the two slit pockets, but TLP-104 has flaps over the back pockets and TLP-103 does not and TLP-103s back pockets can be accessed with gloves on, TLP-104 can not. I prefer not having butt flaps. Give and take between the two designs. Both have the same cargo pockets I rarely use. 104 has D-rings on both front belt loops, 103 is just on the right side. Both styles use the same ripstop material with reinforced knees. The fabric is awesome. It sheds liquids and barely wrinkles. If I hang them and put the hanger just below the cargo pockets I won't get that annoying hanger line in the legs. I bought these over the winter and am now wearing them in 80-90 degree weather with high humidity. Not bad at all. Almost as good as shorts, but I can't wear shorts to work.

Strong. Comfortable. Black. If you’re looking for a sturdy tip stop option for your pants, this is what you should buy. I’m very cautious about my purchases, and I looked a lot at this one. Totally worth it. I wear these pants on the regular, and man, are the something special. With many, many pockets, I’ve got places to store just about everything, and the black matches my knife sheath perfectly, so my knife virtually disappears on my leg.

I frequently commute to work by bike (11 miles each way) in Chicago and needed a pair of pants that was durable enough to ride in but which I could also possibly keep on to go through my workday as an English teacher. This filled the bill perfectly. I will probably order again multiple times in the future.

These are great budget friendly tactical/work pants. I have put approximately 600 of duty time in a pair of these to really test them out. They feel pretty good, especially once they start breaking in. They've been washed dozens of times and I'm pretty sure any water repellent chemical in them is gone by now. They've held their color well and haven't stained through use. The first couple of times you wear them they are pretty stiff feeling, but that eventually goes away and they become more comfortable. I'm pretty rough on my pants as I'm in the middle of the desert all day and they seem to be holding their stitch well. My quarrel with these are that there is a belt loop at your 3 and 9 o'clock positions. Because I wear a duty holster the belt loops push the holster forward or backwards. Good tac pants have the belt loops at the corners of your hips and in the rear to keep the sides clear for holsters and other gear. It is minor, but something to keep in mind if you carry a pistol. If you don't want to relinquish a leg for a name brand pair of pants, these are a solid alternative.

I like to wear pants with lots of pockets and this pair has more than enough. The ones that really sold me are the two slit pockets on the front. This is the perfect place for my phone and pen/pencil; much more comfortable than other multi-pocket pants when sitting down. The fit is also excellent. Ordered my size and they fit perfectly, including the rise. (This is the distance between the waist and the crotch. If this is too big, then movement can be, shall we say, restricted.) There are a some cons, but they are my personal preferences so no stars off for the product. For example, I'm not a fan of velcro on the back pockets since it makes putting things in them a hassle. When I work, my back pocket is (usually) the best place to put a tool temporarily. It's a real pain if I have to undo the velcro because I have to think about doing it. Without the velcro, tools go in and out of the back pockets without thinking about it.

I bought one pair of these pants thinking they would be a "meh" pair but at a good price. I was SOOOO wrong! My son now has three pair & my husband has 4. Positives: Light weight, easily cleaned, loads of pockets, tons of colors & diverse sizes. The water resistance is alright, don't go swimming in them & expect to come out dry. I find that these stay "cleaner" than the other work pants & stains just can't stick to them so far. The only negative is that they seem a bit too long. My guys usually wear 32x32 & 34x32, I ended up having to go 34x30 & 32x30 for a nice, top of the shoe fit without a lot of bunching at the cuff. Overall a great pair of pants at a phenomenal price, I see these type of pants at Cabela's & Duluth Trading for almost 2x the cost!

They fit perfectly, true to size. I've tried various pants from Walmart and other retail outlets and they fit okay until washed, then they'd be too tight in the waist. But within an hour of so, they'd stretch to the point of falling down my hips. I had to buy some suspenders to hold them up when hiking. These pants stretched a little, but nothing like the other pants. Nice deep pockets and simply look great on. I bought them for hiking but ended up wearing them jut about everywhere. You might be able to fine some at REI that would be as good, but you'd pay twice as much and not get a better pair of pants. Highly recommend.

These pants fit great, seem well made and fit my needs. I own a pair of "fishing pants" that don't breathe but that doesn't seem like it will be an issue with these. Very comfortable.

I have bought 2 pairs of these pants so far and plan to get a third to complete my uniform collection for work. As a truck driver I’ve found these to be my favorite pant for keeping all of my gadgets comfortably organized for doing my pretrip. I can easily keep my tire pressure gauge, tread depth gauge, pens, flashlight, wallet, keys and my Gerber on me and not have any issues sliding in and out of my seat or crawling around under the truck. Add to that, the comfort level and fit of these pants makes them a great value for the money. I’ll be buying my third pair next paycheck :)
